Thousands of ghosts in the darkness
Lost in a strange neighborhood
The lights from the warm houses haunt them
They forgot what they lost
But they know it was good

Started this at midnight because I'm a genius. There was a page in my sketchbook with a bit of paint staining on it so I thought I'd use it and incorporate it into a piece (despite my rule of "no more paint in the sketchbook"). I'm still not sure how I like it, but it was experimental I guess. I got tired of working on it only to have my liking for it not change. I do like the writing at the bottom so at least something good came out of it!
